With the new launch of 101 Care Member’s Assurance Policy at Beijing 101, we care and are concern about your experience with us. With this policy, we are willing to address any problem (or even go above and beyond). We are also committed to this policy and will definitely allow our members to enjoy the most genuine TCM treatments with Premium-grade Chinese herbs.

5-Days Cooling-Off Policy
Members enjoy a cooling-off period of at least 5 working days to seek full refund of payments made if they do not wish to proceed with the services offered. For avoidance of doubt, this cooling-off period is not applicable for trial sessions or package whereby the treatment has been utilized.

Good Service Practices (GSP)
We encourage and welcome suggestions about how we could improve. There are several ways in which we can find out what members think and feel about our services. A comprehensive service system has been in placed with the support from the Learning & Development Department.

Well-Trained Hair Consultant
Beijing 101 must ensure that it has well-trained Hair Consultants who are able to provide good customer service & deliver effective hair treatment solutions.
